We are a proud recipient of the Broadcast Best Places to work in TV award, voted on by our staff. We focus a lot of our time on building a positive workplace environment, which is supportive of all talent and celebrates difference.

Free breakfast

The studio provides daily fresh fruit, cereals, coffee and tea to give your morning a boost and stay healthy... if you can avoid the sweet bowls!

Short Films Programme

We run a film competition that everyone is welcome to participate, this provides opportunity to direct a film with the studio's resources.

Every Friday at 5pm we down-tools and open the free bar, encouraging inter-department mingling, to celebrate the start of the weekend.

Subsidised gym

We offer super-low cost gym membership at a local gym, so you can stay healthy and both physically and mentally.

on-site MASSAGES

Sitting at a desk all day can cause a little stiffness, so we have regular on-site chair massages to help relax those muscles.

A few minutes from 3 London Underground stops, Marylebone, Paddington and Kings Cross stations and across the road from Regents Park.

Every month we ask our team members to be open and honest about how we can improve to be the best... and then we make sure we do it.

We are a naturally inclusive workplace, which has led an approximate 50/50 gender balance in our studio through awareness, not quotas.

Social activities

We're a friendly bunch and have many official and un-official clubs spanning life-drawing, running, books, board-games and pub quizzes.
