We are proud to share our latest B Corp Impact Report, which lays out our commitment to positive change, including new policies introduced in 2023 and our goals for the coming years that align with our overall ambition to create joyful animation that makes the world a better place.
In September 2021, we proudly became the world's first dedicated animation studio to gain a B Corp certification. Over the past two years, we've strived towards our mission of using animation for good, creating impactful animations we're exceptionally proud of.
Making changes based on the B Corp framework has been invaluable, yielding great staff survey results, earning us a spot on Broadcast’s list of “Best Place to Work in TV” for the fourth year in a row and a spot in the top 20 "Most Loved Workplaces in the UK" by Newsweek.
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic and global issues, we've prioritized our team's well-being and remained committed to driving positive change through our platform. The power of B Corp lies in accountability and maintaining our commitments, even in tough times. This report highlights our ongoing efforts and outlines our plans for the next 12 months as we continue our B Corp certification journey.
